Navigating to an Estimate (BoQ) inside a Project

1. Click "Projects"

2. Select your Project

3. Click "Finance"

4. Click "Estimate (BoQ)"

Adding Line Items

5. Click the "Plus Icon" on the Left hand side of the screen next to the cost centre you wish to add line items.

6. Select "Orderable" or Allowance from the pick list.
Orderable: For Items you want to issue Purchase / Work Orders to Trades & Suppliers
Allowances: For Items you want to set a budgeted amount you can draw from and allocate invoices against when recieved.

Line Item Options

7. Option 1: Click the checkbox/es of the Items you want to add from the Product library.

8. Option 2: Click "WildCard" to add a "Adhoc / Custom" Line Item. this is a one off item that you do not want to add to your Product Library.

9. Option 3: Click "Add New Product" to create a New Line item that will be added to the Estimate (BoQ) AND also be saved to your Product Library.

10. Click "Save" to add the line items.

11. You can now see your Line Items in the estimate / BOQ.
