Client Claims: Work Complete by Cost Centre (% of Cost Centre Complete)
Client Progress claims broken down by Cost Centre (by Dollar amount or Percentage)

1. Open the "Project List"
2. Find your project and open the "Project Setup" Menu
3. From the left hand menu select "Contract"
4. Click "Work Complete by Cost Centre" to turn this on.
Creating a Client Claim
5. From the top Menus, select "Finance"
6. In the finance Menu select "Contract & Claims"
7. Under Progress Claims click "Add"
8. Add your claim title and description then click "Save"
Editing a Claim Breakdown (Amounts)
9. In the Amount Column you can add the dollar value you want to claim from the client.
10. In the Percentage Column you can add the percentage you want to claim from the client.
Editing a Claim Details
11. Next to the claim name, click the "Edit" icon.
Push Client Claim to Xero
12. In the Edit Claim menu select "Push to Xero"
Updating Claim Payment Status
13. In the Edit Claims Menu, select the dates to update the claims status. (Forecast, Claimed On, Payment Due, Paid On)
Generating a Claim Report
14. In the Edit Claim Menu, select "Generate Report" to create the PDF Report.
15. Click "Save" to save your changes
Navigating to an existing Claim (Breakdown Menu)
16. Under Admin > Contract and Claims you can select the icon next to the claim you want to see the breakdown for.
