Client Portal: Setup & Accessing the Client Portal
Please Note the Client Portal is an optional extra and requires SiteBook Scheduling Pro. Please contact sales@sitebook.com.au to enquire about adding this to your account.
Navigating to the Client Portal Setup
1. From the Homepage, select your "Project List"
2. In the "Project List" find your the project you want to set up the Client Portal for then open the "Project Setup" menu.
3. From the "Project Setup" select "Client Portal" in the left hand Menu.
Configuring the Client Portal
4. Through the Client Portal Setup you will have the option to "Show to Client". this will allow you to customise what the client can see in the Portal.
5. "Upload" will allow you to load a "Hero Image" that will appear in the client Portal.
Client Portal Options
6. "Gallery" will show Photos that the client can see in the Portal. You can:
· Upload a New Photo
· Select an existing Photo from the Photo's Module
· When Taking Photos using the SiteBook MobileApp you can nominate a Photo to go into the Client Portal at the same time.
7. "To Dos" will show the current Task list for the Project in fine Detail.
8. "Stages" will give a high level overview of the Project Schedule, without going into to much Detail.
9. Further Down under "Stages" there is "Project Delays". You have to option of showing the delays that are occurring on site to keep the client informed. (To show them in the Client Portal they must be shared via the "Project Delays" Section of the Schedule.
10. "Finances" will display:
· Contract Value
· Variations (With Approval Process)
· Progress Claims
· PC Sums (You can select which PC Sums are visible and how many Invoices have been recieved in the "PC Sums" Module of SiteBook)
· Contractor Invoices (For Cost Plus Jobs)
Client Portal "Permissions"
11. In "Project Setup" inside the Client Portal, Select "Permissions"
12. In Permissions you can choose what Items are "Shared with Clients" and set the Notification Emails the Client will recieve.

13. In "Project Setup" inside the Client Portal, Select "Go to Portal"
14. Here you can see the client Portal as it appears to the client.
