Client Variations in SiteBook (Internal & External)

1. On the Homepage, Select "Projects"
2. Select your Project from the Project List.
3. Open the Finance Menu and Click "Variations"
Add a Client Variation (External)
4. Click "Add" to add a Variation.
5. Add in the Variation Number, Details and Amount
6. Under "Claim", a variations can be added to an existing Progress Claim OR Pro-Rata across all claims.
7. To Claim a Variation by iteself, Select "Variation"
8. Select "Add New Variation Claim" to create a Claim for this Variation.
9. Click "Save" to create the Variation.
Add a Client Variation (Internal)
10. Click "Add" to add a Variation.
11. Click "Internal" to Create an Internal Variation using the "Mini-Bills" Function.
12. Click "Save" To start Building your Variation using "Mini-Bills"
Build your Variation Line items with "Mini-Bills"
13. Select a Template to load in for your variation (If Required)
14. Click "Add Product" to add a line item from your product library.
Generate your Variation Report
15. Next to the "Mini-Bill" Title, select the Edit Button.
16. From here you can Generate the Variation Report with the "Generate Report" Button.
