Completing an Induction

Completing an Induction

My Induction via Web Browser

Select "Projects"

Select the Project you wish to complete your induction on from the list.

Select "My Induction" from the Menu.

Read through the WHS Management Plan.

Select "Read and Understood. Next" once document has been read.

Enter detail of Cards/Tickets requested.

Upload or take a photo of the Card/Ticket.

Select "Next".

Read the Site Rules & Notices, then select "Read and Understood".

Enter Emergency Contact details and answer the medical question.

Select "Next"

Sign your Induction, then select "Next".

Next you will see a Summary of your Induction. Ensure all steps are complete and select "Done".

My Induction via Mobile App

Select the Project you wish to complete your induction on from the list.

Select My Induction from the Menu.

Select "WHS Management Plan"

Read through the WHS Management Plan, then select "Read and Understood".

Follow through the next steps and to the details of Cards/Tickets requested.

Enter detail of Cards/Tickets requested.

Upload or take a photo of the Card/Ticket. Select Save.

Select "Site Rules & Notices".

Read the Site Rules & Notices, then select "Read and Understood".

Select "Emergency Contact"

Enter Emergency Contact details and answer the medical question. Select 'Save".

Select 'Signature".

Sign your Induction, then select "Submit"

Once all steps are complete with a green tick, select "Finish".
