Contractor: Adding a Sub-Contractor to Pre-Start Checklist

You will receive an email requesting you to Complete your Pre-Start Checklist from the Builder. Click "this link" to enter your SiteBook Account.

The link will take you to your Pre-Start Checklist. To add your Subcontractors click the arrow after the "Subcontractors" step.

If you are using Subcontractors click "Yes"

Click "Add" to add a Subcontractor to the project.

Click "OR enter new Company Name" field and enter the Subcontractors Company Name. Once a Subcontractor has been added to the system, they will appear in the "Select existing" drop down list.

Enter the First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone & email details for the Subcontractor.

To send the Subcontractor an email to complete their own checklist, choose "Send an email to the Subcontractor so they can complete the Pre-Start Check List."

Alternatively, you can choose to complete the checklist on their behalf by choosing "I will complete Pre-Start Check List for the Subcontractor."

Click "Save"

Click "CheckList" to complete the Subcontractors checklist.

This will open the Subcontractors checklist and allow you to add their SWMS, staff, Subcontractors, Safety Declaration and to check their workers Site Inductions status.

You can also send the Subcontractor an email by clicking "Email"

The system will send an email to the Subcontractor with a link to their Checklist.
