Contractor Project Menu Items
Updated over 7 months agoThe Contractor overview screen allows you to view and monitor contractor compliance for a project. The options available on the Contractor Overview screen are SWMS, Workers, Orders, Prequal, Pre-Start Checklist, Email, Delete and Status.
The "SWMS" option allows you to view SWMS uploaded by the contractor and "Approve" or "Reject" them.
The "Wkrs" option allows you to see workers allocated to the job for the contractor as well as allocate new workers.
The "Ords" option allows you to view the status of any order(s) for the contract on the project as well as accept/decline them and manage any documents relevant to the order.
The "PQual" option allows you to view outstanding Pre-Qualification items for the contractor
The "Checklist" option allows you to view any outstanding items for the Pre-Start safety checklist for the project.
The "Email" icon allows you to send an email to the contractor with a link to their Pre-Start Checklist for the project.
The "Delete" icon allows you to remove the contractor from the project.
The "Status" option allows you to see an overview of the Contractor's details for the project as well as check for any outstanding issues, change the contractor's primary contact for the project and add notes or override any outstanding items.
