Navigate to the Delay Types Menu
1. From the Homepage Select the "Admin" Menu at the top of the screen.
2. Under Reference Data select "Delay Types"
Adding a Delay to Delay Types
3. In Delay Types click "Add"
4. In the Pop up box add your delay type
5. Click the "Tick" Icon to Save your new Delay Type
