Editing Site Attendance
A guide on how to edit and update the Site Attendance Register
Updated over 7 months agoHow to manually add a worker to the Site Attendance Register
Enter a project
Click the Attendance Register and Click Add
Select if you are adding a worker or Visitor and click Select to browse for workers or type the visitor's name
Click continue on a returning worker, or click Add to add a new user
Enter the Date and Time of Arrival, set the Departure Date and Time (Optional) and enter the Reason for attending site (Optional) then save
Enter a project
Click the Attendance Register and Click Add
Select if you are adding a worker or Visitor and click Select to browse for workers or type the visitor's name
Click continue on a returning worker, or click Add to add a new user
Enter the Date and Time of Arrival, set the Departure Date and Time (Optional) and enter the Reason for attending site (Optional) then save
How to edit an existing Attendance Entry
Enter a project
Click the Attendance Register, mouse over the 3 dots next to the entry in question and click edit
Make the required changes to the Attendance record and click save
Enter a project
Click the Attendance Register, mouse over the 3 dots next to the entry in question and click edit
Make the required changes to the Attendance record and click save
How to Remove an Attendance Entry
Enter a project
Click the Attendance Register, mouse over the 3 dots next to the entry in question and Delete
