A guide on how to edit and update the Site Attendance Register

How to manually add a worker to the Site Attendance Register

  1. Enter a project

  2. Click the Attendance Register and Click Add

  3. Select if you are adding a worker or Visitor and click Select to browse for workers or type the visitor's name

  4. Click continue on a returning worker, or click Add to add a new user

  5. Enter the Date and Time of Arrival, set the Departure Date and Time (Optional) and enter the Reason for attending site (Optional) then save







Enter a project

Click the Attendance Register and Click Add

How to edit an existing Attendance Entry

  1. Enter a project

  2. Click the Attendance Register, mouse over the 3 dots next to the entry in question and click edit

  3. Make the required changes to the Attendance record and click save

How to Remove an Attendance Entry

  1. Enter a project

  2. Click the Attendance Register, mouse over the 3 dots next to the entry in question and Delete
