The JSA Checklist Button will take you to the checklist with the code JSA-01

There are 3 possible responses:

• A Pass response

• An N/A response

• A Fail response

An N/A response

A Fail response

In the event of a Fail Response you can upload a Photo, leave a Note, or assign an Action

Once the JSA is finished, Sign-Off

Then you can Finish & Generate a PDF which is saved under Job Documents
