Plant & Equipment Maintenance
Updated over 6 months agoThe Maintenance log allows you to record vehicle maintenance, close faults and filter for maintenance for a specific vehicle or plant.
To make an entry in the Maintenance Log, click "Add "
You can then select the vehicle or plant receiving maintenance, set the date, current odometer reading, who is completing the maintenance, set the fault being closed (if any) and leave notes about the maintenance.
After the maintenance has been logged, you can click back into the maintenance entry to record further information.
From here you can record costs associated with the maintenance, upload photos and attach documents such as invoices and receipts.
All maintenance entries for a vehicle/plant are recorded under the "Asset Details" section of the "Vehicle/Plant" menu where they can be exported as a PDF or Excel document.
