About our Standard QR Codes
All of our QR-Codes have a Mobile App Download Option (on by default).
This means the user is required to download the app for Site Inductions & Attendance
A specific Company code is embedded into the QR-Code to make the QR Code Specific for your Company.
To Go to a specific Site Induction the users on site can input either the Site Code or the Job Number.
Generating Custom QR Codes
SiteBook can generate site-specific QR-Codes which can be scanned to launch Site Inductions
Navigating to the Custom QR Code Setup page

Home → Projects → Click the
(Settings) symbol next to the Project in question.
2. This will open the Project Setup again.
You can skip to Qr-Code & Signs
3. Click on Custom QR Codes
Custom QR Codes Settings (Inductions):
To keep the same QR-Code for all signs and just use the SiteCode for each check in/Induction keep Static Selected and choose Induction.
Click Generate QR Code
The QR Code will then be shown.
You can Click Generate QR Code again if you change any of the settings.
You can Click Download the QR Code
This will download and save a PNG file to your computer.
You can return to this screen to re-download your QR-Code
Custom QR Codes Settings (Attendance):
Update Choose Target Page to Attendance → Generate QR Code → Download QR Code again.
Additional Notes:
You can generate the QR Codes for either option the same way.
Just ensure to click the relevant box.
Using your QR-Code
I've downloaded my QR-Code - what now?
Option 1: You can attach this QR-Code to your Site Signs either before printing the sign or by printing a QR Sticker on weatherproof Sticker Paper to attach to an existing Sign.
Option 2: We can organise custom artwork to have your companies logo on the top to keep things on brand. If don't have access to a local Core-flute printer our SiteBook Services Team can provide a quote to have your Signs printed and delivered. (Ordering in Multiples of 4 is the most cost efficient method)
