Quote Packages: Import Quotes

1. From the Homepage, Click "Projects"
2. Select your Project from the Project List.
3. In the left hand menu, open the Quotes packages Menu.
Importing Quotes
4. In the 3 Dots menu, select "Import Quotes"
5. Click "Upload File" and add your Quote Document/s. (You can upload quotes from multiple suppliers and packages)
6. Next to your Quote File name you can select your package to associate with this Quote. (Please note a Package needs to be in the Project before the import process can begin)
7. Under "Bidder" Select your Bidder / Trade / Supplier that this quote is from.
8. Under "Line Item", Select the Line item in your package to assign the costs.
9. Under "Price" add in your Quote amount.
10. Once you have finished adding your details, click "Import" to add these quotes to your quote packages.
