Set up your staff in SiteBook

How to Add your Staff to SiteBook

From your Home Page --> Click Contacts --> Add

Complete the following fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Mobile Phone Number

  • Email address

  • Select the Company (if not already listed)

  • User Group

  • Trade (Optional)

  • Tick the "Email Sign-In Details" and ''SMS SiteBook App Log-In''. This will send the User to a Sign-In to SiteBook page then direct them to the App/Play store.

  • The User will be allocated a SiteBook User-Id, and they will be asked to enter a Password.

First Name

Last Name

Mobile Phone Number

Email address

Select the Company (if not already listed)

User Group

Trade (Optional)

Tick the "Email Sign-In Details" and ''SMS SiteBook App Log-In''. This will send the User to a Sign-In to SiteBook page then direct them to the App/Play store.

The User will be allocated a SiteBook User-Id, and they will be asked to enter a Password.

Press Save

Notes

Email may go to Spam folder so please ensure to check there if not received.

If the user did not receive the email to set a password you can go back into their User info and click on Email Password to send it again.

The User will be sent an email taking them to their profile in SiteBook. Here they will be asked to enter a Password to be able to log back in online or via our SiteBook App.
