Sharing SWMS to Contractors
How to share SMWS to contractors in a project

Click the "gear" icon to go to Project Setup of the desired project.
Click “Swms”.
Click the "Ask about High Risk Work (Yes/No)".
Click the “Allow Trades to Prepare a SWMS from a template”.
Click "Share SWMS With Contractors"
Click the "Ask about High Risk Work (Yes/No)".
Click the “Allow Trades to Prepare a SWMS from a template”.
Click "Share SWMS With Contractors"
Click "Select" to choose which SWMS will be shared in the project
Click the checkbox to select multiple SWMS to share or the arrow to select the single one. Then click “Select Checked” to add all checked SWMS to be added.
All workers that are inducted to the project will now be asked if they will be conducting High-Risk work and will have the option to choose from the SWMS templates added to the list.
