Navigating to the Xero Connector

1. From the homepage, select "Admin"

2. Under Connectors, Select "Xero Connector"

3. Click the "Connect to Xero" Button to begin the process.

Log in to Xero

4. Add your username and password and click "Log in"

5. Click "Select an organisation" and choose your company from the list, then click "Allow access" to complete the log in process.

Linking SiteBook Cost Centres to Xero Cost Centres

6. In the Xero Connector, select "Cost Centre"

7. Find your Xero Cost Centre from the list and click on the "Select Parent" box adjacent.

8. Select 1 (or more) SiteBook Cost Centres to Link and click the "Add Link" Button.

9. Click "Remove Link" to unlink a cost Centre.

Linking SiteBook Contacts to Xero Contacts

10. In the Xero Connector, select "Contacts"

11. Find your Xero Contact from the list and click on the empty box adjacent.

12. Type in the name of the SiteBook Contact and select it from the list.

13. Click "Push to Xero" to Create the Link.

14. Click "Remove Link" to unlink from Xero.

Xero Connector: Earning Rates

15. In the Xero Connector, select "Earning Rates". Your Earnings Rates from Xero will display here and be available in the Timesheet Section of SiteBook.

Linking SiteBook Employees to Xero Employees

16. In the Xero Connector, select "Employees".

17. Find your Xero Employee from the list and click on the empty box adjacent.

18. Type in the name of the SiteBook Employee and select it from the list.

19. Click "Push to Xero" to Create the Link.

Xero Connector: Timesheets

20. In the Xero Connector, select "Timesheets".

21. Select the Employees you want to push timesheets to Xero.

22. Click "Post to Xero" to begin the Transfer Process.

Linking SiteBook Projects to Xero Tracking Categories

23. In the Xero Connector, select "Tracking".

24. Find your Xero tracking Catergory from the list and click on the "Add Link" button.

25. Select a Project from the list to complete the linking process

Xero Connector: Logs

26. In the Xero Connector, select "Logs" to see a history of actions completed by the Xero Connector.

Xero Connector: Settings (Linking Client Claims to a Cost Centre)

27. In the Xero Connector, select "Settings"

28. Click the "Claims Account Code" field and type in the Xero Cost Centre from your Client Claims and click "Save"
