Solving Email Delivery issues
Updated over 10 months ago
SiteBook emails may not reach their intended recipients for a number of reasons.
The most common cause is that emails are either going into the Junk or being “Quarantined” by the recipients email server.
Here are some instructions on how to solve these 2 issues:
1. Check Your Junk Mail Folder
Check your junk mail folder for emails from sitebook.com.au. If the email is in the
junk folder then the email has been classed as Junk, ask them to do point 2
below.
2. Add SiteBook to the Safe Senders List
Ask your email recipients to add the SiteBook domain to their “Safe Senders List”.
Here is the domain that emails are sent from:
sitebook.com.au
3. Server blocking - whitelist
Email systems have 2 spam filters, one at the receiving server and another at the
client (on your PC/laptop). If emails are still not delivered after resolving the 2 items
above, then ask the recipient to get their email provided to “white list”
sitebook.com.au on their email server.
