Task Reports: How to Create Custom Task Reports.

Navigate to the Task Reports Menu

1. From the Homepage, select Reports > "Task Reports"

2. Click "Add" to create a new Task Report.

3. Choose the Phase of Construction you wish to create a Task Report of and Name your Report. Click "Save" to Create the Report.

Adding Tasks to the Task Report

4. Click the Title of your Report to Add Tasks to the report.

5. Click "Add" to add a Task.

6. The "Column Title" is the Name of the Task that will Appear on the Report. (Task names can be quite long and this allows for Abbreviations.
The "Task Name" is the name of the Task used in your Workflow/Schedule. (Please note this will pull all tasks labeled EXACTLY the same.)

7. Click the arrow Icons to re-order the Tasks in the report.

8. Click "Task Reports" to return to the Reports.

9. Click the page icon to Generate your Task Report.
