How to turn on Auto Attendance for Work Sites in SiteBook

Auto Attendance is specific to each Project.

To set up Auto Attendance:

How to Navigate to the Attendance Settings in SiteBook:

1. Home → Projects → Open Project → Project Setup (Left Menu) → Skip to step 8 Site Attendance

How to Configure Geo-Fence:

2. Click Configure Geofence

3. You will see a map view and options to Activate Geofence and set up Silent Arrival

4. Tick Geofence Active and Silent Arrive (Optional).

Silent Arrive Meaning

Users will not receive notifications

Arrival and Departure will be logged Automatically

Tick the Silent Arrive box to enable

5. Use your mouse to drag the map to the location for the site

6. You can use the & buttons to zoom in and out of the area for a more precise location.

7. Once Located Click Draw

8. The location details will populate

9. Click Save
