Updating a SWMS Template

This will open the admin menu.
Click on SWMS Template
Here you will see all SWMS Templates.
Click on the Task Name of one to open.
This will take you to the first of 3 tabs.
Header
Here you will see the information related to the SWMS.
You can update any sections or Job steps that need updating (not usually required after being set up).
Click on the next tab (Sections) or Next at the bottom to save any changes and continue.
Sections
This tab shows all the SWMS Requirements.
To change/update any areas click and type in selected fiels.
Click Next to save any changes. If no changes made click on Job Steps.
Job Steps
Here You will see all steps in different section for the SWMS.
Symbol meanings:
- Click to expand section for all steps to be viewed
- To move the order of the section up or down by 1 step
- Clicking the bin will delete the entire section.
Sections that have been expanded you will have the option to change, update or add more steps.
Symbol Meanings:
- Minimise section.
- Move each step up or down in order by 1 step.
- This will delete the step individually.
- Click to add another step within the current section.
To update the context for any steps, names of the steps or even the section.
Click on the text and it will allow you to add, delete or re write within each area.
You can rename the Section and update the Initial Risk or Residual Risk at this time.
If you need to update the person required to Action any hazards.
Click Save when complete
