Upload, View and Edit Induction Documents

Please Note

Induction Documents should be uploaded in PDF Format as some devices cannot open other formats (e.g. Word Document)

Induction Videos must be in mp4 format to be shown on a mobile device

Upload Induction Documents

To upload a new document you will need to go back into the Project SetUp page again.

Home Projects Settings For Project

Go to Induction Documents → Click Upload

Drag and Drop or Click to Browse files then open.

Click Save

Note:

Documents, PDFs, pictures, and videos can all be uploaded for inductions.

View Induction Documents for a Site

To view induction documents for a worksite:

Home Projects Settings For Project

Click on the Induction Documents on the left menu

Here you can see all documents uploaded against this Project.

To Add A new Document

Click Upload to add a new document

Drag and Drop or Click to Browse files then open.

Click Save

Upload Induction Documents to a Site

To upload a new document you will need to go back into the Project SetUp page again.

Go to Induction Documents → Click Upload

Drag and Drop or Click to Browse files then open.

Click Save

Note

It is recommended that you upload documents as PDF files.
Some mobile devices cannot display Word and PowerPoint file formats.

Revise / Supersede and Induction Document

To Supersede an Induction Document:

  1. Save the file as a PDF

  2. Click Revise

Save the file as a PDF

Click Revise

Drag and drop new document or click to browse your local files then Open.

Click Save

Edit or Delete a Document

Edit/Update Details

Click onto Edit/View the document details.

Here you can rename the File Name.
Choose a Folder/Group location and regroup.
We suggest to leave the tick boxes as they are.

Click Save

Deleting Documents

Click on to delete the document.

You will need to confirm this on the pop up window.
