Vehicle Pre-Start Checklist
Updated over 7 months agoVehicle and Plant Pre-Starts can be completed via both the Mobile app and the Web app, a guide for each of these is listed below.
You can see a list of all Pre-Starts completed for an asset under the "Vehicle/Plant" menu by clicking on the "Hrs/Km" button.
Mobile App
From the Job List use the Hamburger Menu
Select Vehicles/Plant
Click Pre-Start to access a vehicle's Pre-Start Checklist
From here you can set the job to complete the pre-start against, select the operator and enter the Odometer reading and click "Continue" to progress with the pre-start
The Checklist will have a Pass Answer, a N/A Answer, and a Fail Answer
A Fail Answer will let you upload a Photo, a Note, or add a Fault
Once the Checklist is complete, Click your Name to Sign-Off
Then Finish & Generate a PDF
Web App
From the homepage click "Vehicles/Plant"
Click Pre-Start to access a vehicle's Pre-Start Checklist
From here you can set the job to complete the pre-start against, select the operator and enter the Odometer reading and click "next" to progress with the pre-start
The Checklist will have a Pass Answer, a N/A Answer, and a Fail Answer
A Fail Answer will let you add a Note or a Fault. The Checklist Template can be configured to require a Fault or Note on a Fail Answer.
Once the Checklist is complete, click Sign-Off to Sign-Off
Then Finish & Generate a PDF.
