Vehicle/Plant Faults
Faults can be recorded and managed in SiteBook, faults must be against assets and can be raised in two ways and accessed via the "Faults" menu.
The first way to raise a fault is via the "Faults" menu, using the "Add" button. The second way is manually via a Pre-Start checklist, for more information on this please view the "Pre-Start Checklist Guide".
When raising a fault, a fault description must be entered, an asset must be selected and an Odometer reading and photos can be added. In addition to this, a fault can be assigned to a contact, a severity selected and the plant can be marked as safe/unsafe to use.
Faults can be closed either by accessing the "Fault Details" page and closing the fault, or via the "Maintenance Log" (Please see the Maintenance Log Guide for further details).
